Paddy Power are now paying out on Derby being relegated

The payout, expected to cost the Irish layers around £40,000, is the earliest punters have ever been able to cash in on a Premier League season-long bet.

Paddy Power himself said: "Whilst Derby fans will be feeling like they've been hit for six today many others will be delighted to cash in on a bet every football fan in the country knows is going to happen."

paddy power always do something like this, so well worth having an account open with them. Saves waiting till May to get a payout.
I always question there logic behind this as anything could happen over the remainder of the season, not to mention the ammount of bank interest they can make over 8 months.
But it's great publicity.
