Send the envelopes back with stones or scrap metal in them, they have to pay the overweight charge.
Or fill the forms in, fill a credit card application for the bank or a life insurance quote for the credit card company.

the above is blatently taken from another forum, but it's a good message to send. i for one personally despise with a passion telemarketing and junk mail.
